Oi ihanat pensasmustikat. Pensasmustikka oli tänä vuonna runsaassa kukassa, mikä tietää hyvää satoa loppu kesästä. Pensasmustikassa houkuttelevat sen isot ja makeat marjat, sekä poimimisen helppous. Ei voisi olla helpompaa, kun korjata pensasmustikkasato omalta pihalta suoraan jälkiruokiin tai pakastettavaksi. Pensasmustikan etuihin kuuluukin sen hyvä pakastuksen kesto. Koska marjan rakenne säilyy hyvänä sen voi sulattamisen jälkeen käyttää suoraan jälkiruokien ja kermakakun koristeeksi. Pensasmustikat sopivat luonnonmustikoiden tapaan hyvin myös hilloiksi, mehuiksi ja kuivaukseen. Ravintosisältö on hyvin samanlainen kuin luonnon mustikoissa. Become a hotel entrepreneur! Our little flying friends are longing for homey cavities and many are excited to build an insect hotel in their garden this spring. In manicured yards, there are usually not enough places for pollinating insects to nest and overwinter, so built cavities are important. In return for the nice dedicated places in the garden, the number of insects in the garden remains plentiful and the pollinators do their part to ensure us a plentiful harvest of fruit trees and berry bushes.
